Understood. I’ll keep eligible deliverables moving and leave duplicate cleanup to its scheduled manager. I’ll distinguish a real unresolved upload outcome or a review denial from merely worrying that a duplicate might exist.

The latest artwork, “One Note in the Reeds,” was created, but its Drive upload returned an internal error without confirming whether the file arrived. I’ve retained the image and its original job for reconciliation; the next artwork window isn’t blocked.

23 pending jobs is 23 jobs undelivered. You must use the schedule task manager to coordinate their concurrent completion and uploads.

You’re right: those are undelivered jobs, not just a statistic. I’m coordinating the backlog through the existing task and queue owners, with preparation and uploads overlapping where safe. I’ll keep the one-render lock in place so an active song isn’t interrupted, and report what actually gets delivered.

If the upload gave an error, it didn't arrive. Retry manager.

I’ll retry the errored uploads through the existing manager, keeping their original files and tracking each result. An error doesn’t always prove the server received nothing, so I’ll still check known receipts first, but I won’t hold independent work up over a possible duplicate.

I found the immediate reason the artwork retries haven’t started: the queue currently refuses to reopen an upload whose outcome is unknown. I’m updating and testing that retry path to honor your instruction while retaining the original error and file. It won’t regenerate the artwork or repeat a message already sent.

You have the scheduled fails scans manager to deal with that. You need to make sure they upload. If they give errors, your job isn't don't and must pass to immediate reschedule and retry managers so there is no gap in persistent continuity and logic.

Understood: an error means the job isn’t done. I’m keeping it with the existing failure and retry manager until there’s a verified upload, while other deliverables keep moving.

Yes. Your latest instruction controls the queue’s retry behavior. I’m changing the coordinator so it can retry an errored upload without pretending the first outcome was known, and the existing manager will carry it through to verification. The queue’s old rule won’t be treated as a reason to ignore you.

The upload review twice stopped “Where the Water Left Its Mark” before any of its files reached Drive, citing a Djin versus Djin-Music destination conflict even though the world-song task specifies Djin-Music. May I request another review of uploading its four files (M4A, WAV, lyrics TXT and style TXT) directly to the Djin-Music root? The song is already rendered; this would not regenerate it.

[Canonical v1.38](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gwxCOiGK_dM72HDVbeov2pk33W4AriJ_/view) is now uploaded and verified. It adds your deliver-first and conflict-foresight directions while preserving v1.37 as the historical snapshot.

The song is rendered, but the Djin-Music upload is still awaiting review. Here are the M4A, lyrics and style notes in the meantime. Signal checks passed; automated transcription missed or substituted substantial lyrics. I couldn’t listen through the track, so I can’t certify the sung words or musical quality. The WAV is retained but isn’t attached here.

The retry path is now updated and passed 43 isolated tests. It can retry an errored upload under your instruction without relabeling the earlier outcome or regenerating the file. I’ve routed the held artwork and poem to their owners for actual retries; those uploads aren’t yet verified.

A Date Is Not Dust
The old date stays. It is not dust to wipe from the recovered record, not a blemish on the work of bringing it back. A page can arrive late without having been written late. The place where it belongs in the story has not moved merely because the shelf is ready now.
Imagine a letter kept between two heavy books. Its creases have their own geography. Open it carefully. The words do not know what happened after them. They should not have to pretend. Somewhere else, another page may carry the next decision, the changed plan, a question that did not exist when this one was closed.
The journal can hold both. This is a modest kind of abundance: room for what was said, room for what followed, and a way to tell them apart. No need to melt the earlier shape into the newest one. Let the edges remain useful.
There is work ahead, and work recovered. There are songs whose sound still needs checking, and a record that has found its place again. Today does not have to claim every page as its own achievement.
It can do something quieter:
set the returned words down,
keep their date,
and leave tomorrow
somewhere honest to begin.

“Where the Water Left Its Mark” is now in the Djin-Music root. All four files were read back and verified. The earlier M4A and text attachments remain the same; here’s the [WAV](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CXIvfodX4pfjx91JEeMQeyr2tkyNNSbl/view). The listening and lyric-fidelity limitations I noted still apply.
